JG Farrell's The Siege of Krishnapur is a wonderful, wonderful novel (as is all of his work) that I cannot recommend more highly. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Siege_of_Krishnapur

My goodness, what a fine essay. You should be as proud as we are thankful.

I believe that the motives for these broken justice and security systems go beyond just a "desire to be merciful to young men." There is also the desire to destroy our nations by any means possible. Sam Francis described the "anarcho-tyranny" under which we are now living.

Still, this is a very helpful, important essay. Thank you.
