We had one in our town centre at one point (i'm in a small town in the North so it was less "boutique") and I always thought it looked like disgusting high cal slop. For example, a waffle topped with ice cream topped with cookie dough topped with loads of sweets topped with chocolate syrup. That stuff is way more unhealthy than booze.
Pretty sure Palestine doesn't come close to the U.S with obesity rates. Especially given how Israel has only allowed a certain amount of food/calories per individual for over a decade. What a crap article. Racist as well.
