Very nice untangling of culpability and risk. Thank you. Interesting sidelight on the peculiar career of Saint Enoch, too.

There are SO many measures for Britain Is Broken.

From shoplifting, the Starmer swallowed by the Blob, to rising levels of Anarcho-Tyranny.

But for me, the biggest indicator is the whole web of Calocane, Rudabukana, Pakistani grooming gangs, Brighton Beach rapes, the current Nowak Digwa case...I could go on.

For me, the state doesn't protect me, my family and fellow citizens with the most porous borders to illegals you could imagine, and then it does nothing to prevent, indeed promotes, ultra nilhilsm.

Anarcho-Tyranny at a literal point of a knife.

I love my essential country, but not what it's allowed to have become.

This is all very sensible. It does ignore that we should far more aggressively use stripping of citizenship and deportation. This solves the tension between public protection and freedom (you can be free, just not here) - especially when you consider how much higher offending (and re-offending) rates are for some cultures.
